GTW 4911  Contributor's Pick!
Having passed through Saint Paul Switch and crossed Highway 32, a CN turn is entering Hilbert via Hilbert Junction. Hilbert Junction is where the old Milwaukee Road branched off to get to Menasha and the Fox Cities from its line that went to Ontonagon, Michigan, from Milwaukee. The Soo Line had rights over the Milwaukee from Menasha to Hilbert Junction where it then continued on it's own rails to Manitowoc. These lines are now all owned by the CN.
