CN 4705
Title:  CN 4705
Description:  Canadian National usually works Oshkosh at night, running a turn from Neenah. The local is caught here on the east side of the Jackson Street grade crossing. It is between Jackson Street (State Road 76) and Main on the north end of town. The train will be headed to switch covered hoppers stored on the west end of this former CNW industrial spur used in service with Bemis Performance and Pacur. A good sign here is two empty center beam bulkhead flats that could have only come from Noffke Lumber. That is a good sign of activity at the lumber yard.

End of the North Industrial Spur
Title:  End of the North Industrial Spur
Description:  A pile of gravel marks the end of CN's north industrial spur in Oshkosh. This track once continued on to Medina Junction, Hortonville and beyond. Currently, this end of the line is located just to the eastern side of Algoma Blvd?HWY 45 on the northern outskirts of Oshkosh. This end of the track was weed covered until the former CNW yard was pulled up on the south side of Oshkosh. From then, this end of the industrial spur has come into further use storing and providing the space needed to sort cars for the businesses on the north side of the Fox River. Unfortunately, one of the major shipers along this line closed since 2015. Pluswood had spots for numerous boxcars, but is now in the process of salvage and demolition.
