When the WSOR switches the circus style loading ramp at the end of rail in Oshkosh, they often set the loaded cars on the WoW warehouse spur to get them out of the way to place the empties. Here, a cut of loaded cars rests on the warehouse spur as the WSOR shoves the empties to the ramp. There are seven customers in this industrial park for the WSOR.
